Credit Card Security:
While we store your name, address, and order information on our secure server, your credit card information is not processed or stored at perpetualobscurity.com. Credit card data, including name, address, card number, expiration date, and validation code, is securely transferred to Authorize.net for processing and secured storage, and is protected by and subject to the Terms of Service and Conditions of the Authorize.net domain.

Return Policy:
Perpetual Obscurity and The Paul Thorn Store will accept returns for product replacement or full credit card refund under the following conditions...

• Item damage or defect from manufacture. This also applies to CDs and DVDs bought at Paul Thorn shows.
• Item damage from shipping.
• Item(s) received something other than item(s) ordered.
• T-shirt, jersey, or tank top that does not fit.
• You notify us in advance via email (help@paulthorn.com) or contact form here.
• Products for digital download are not eligible for refund.
